In addition to being listed on the Multiple Listing Service, Zillow, Realtor.com, other major real estate sites, your home is syndicated to 200+ real estate directory websites. Larry also enjoys working with Buyers, helping them find and negotiate their best deal when buying their new home. As a side note he has authored two books, "Finding Agent Right", a real estate guide that helps sellers and buyers find and hire the real estate agent who will work best for them, and "Broker's Open", a real estate murder mystery novel that takes place in Duluth, MN.

Valerie is very experienced in all aspects of real estate sales, home staging, and home organizing. She enjoys helping Sellers get their homes ready for showings and offers many valuable tips for making their homes attractive and appealing to prospective Buyers. With a background in contracting, she is very helpful in resolving issues with repair requests. She also offers suggestions that are helpful for Sellers in advance of the Buyer inspection. Valerie is familiar with all of the communities in the Hilton Head & Bluffton area, which is very valuable to Buyers who are new to the Low Country. Bluffton Sun: I see your listings popping up throughout Bluffton. What do you do for your sellers?
Larry Stoller: We are a Full-Service PLUS real estate company with enhanced seller services and negotiable variable commission rates that save our sellers lots of money.

BSun: Don't all real estate companies use professional photography?
VS: Most do, but we use both still and aerial shots when advantageous. We also attach informative captions to all of our photos which emphasize special home features that add value to your home.

BSun: You mention "exclusive property website." Can you explain what that is?

BSun: What do you mean by the statement "Services Tailored To You Needs?"

LS: As a small real estate company we are   very flexible and innovative in developing     real estate solutions that address our client's specific needs.


BSun: What is the biggest challenge that home sellers face today? How is it resolved?

VS: The biggest challenge for sellers is "where do I go after I sell my home?" We have utilized flexible closing dates and leasebacks that allow our sellers enough time to find a new home.


BSun: What do you mean by "negotiable variable commission rates?"

LS: Well for starters, all commission rates are negotiable. But our variable commission rates are designed to help our sellers pay less and keep more of their proceeds.


BSun: Do you work with home buyers?

VS: Yes we do. In fact we have been very successful in finding homes for our home buyer clients that were not even listed for sale.
